🔍 How does it work?You will answer 30 questions, assessing the frequency of specific issues within your team. Responses are rated on a 5-point scale:
- 0 – Never
- 1 – Sometimes
- 2 – Moderately
- 3 – Often
- 4 – Very often
After completing the questionnaire, all scores are summed up. The final result reflects the current state of your team’s processes and is sent to your email along with a detailed description.
